Pleasant hotel expreience
Clean, friendly staff, with nice resturant and pool bar.
enjoyed my time at the puri santrian. the pool was excellent and there was two to choose from. i was upgraded to the club santrian rooms because my room wasnt ready so i was able to use an exclusive pool for club members. the hotel was nice and quiet as sanur isnt as busy as other areas of bali. close to a few resturants also.

this is a really beautiful resort. everything is thought of to make your stay a great one. the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are high quality, the beach and pools are fantastic. staff is very friendly and accomadating. the only room they had available for us in our room category had two beds, but when we told them it was our anniversary and would prefer a king, they upgraded us to a villa. there was also a nice anniversary heart cake and a bowl of fruit waiting for us one night. the spa was amazing, one of the best massages i have ever had in a beautiful setting. they also have really great 2 for 1 deals so it is very affordable. the only negative i can think of is that 3 times a week they fog the gardens with insecticide.

Well organised resort with good and friendly service in a spectacular setting
upon arrival we were upgraded to the 'club rooms'. however the new room was directly next to where another wing was being build and the next morning we woke up to hammering and sanding. we spoke to management and promptly were relocated to different accommodation within the resort. apart from that, the resort is well managed, the grounds are stunning, the food is delicious and reasonably priced and the day beds on the beach make for a comfy stay. would stay here again.
