Wonderful experience
Good location and great service
we stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute with jerami. the room is well maintained and looks very close to website pictures. staffs are friendly and always with great smile.

I stayed at Jerami for 3 nights with 2 friends and we had the most amazing time! I emailed the hotel before our arrival to arrange airport pick-up and their response was fast and efficient. We checked in past midnight and the staff were so helpful and friendly that we were impressed right before we walked into the villa. The villa just took our breath away - the pool is quite big and the layout was great with an outdoor sitting area and a pool deck. Surprisingly very few mosquitoes and the staff were thoughtful to replace our insect repellent and incense everyday. Some of the furniture is a bit worn out but the housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room and pool very clean. We couldn't praise the staff enough - they were so helpful with our itinerary and made all the reservations and car arrangements (despite making many changes on our part), which made our trips very enjoyable and smooth. Everyone at the front desk remembered us and literally memorized our itinerary by heart. Breakfast was served privately in the dining area each morning, which was great, but I have to say we were a little disappointed with the quality of the food. Taste was so-so and there were not many choices. On the day we left we were catching a late evening flight and the hotel offered for us to take a shower to refresh in their spa centre. It was very thoughtful of them and it showed that they really care about their guests' experience. I would definitely return to Jerami! Thank you!
